Whether you are looking to transform your life or simply change a bit of it, this is the place to start!  This approach combines the latest science from psychology and neurobiology with ancient wisdom, practical steps and inspirational techniques.
If you are about to go on a fitness programme, a diet, change careers, change lifestyles or simply have that restless feeling you are not living the life you want- kick start your change here. So often, We  start with great intentions to change but for most of us the going soon gets too much and frustrated we give up. Get Wild Naturally  gives us the clarity, the strength  the motivation and understanding of ourselves to change whatever our journey, whatever our destination.

The Get Wild Naturally Workshop

Based in part on Steve's  acclaimed book "How to Survive and Thrive in an Impossible World" and Bethan’s search to understand the liberating impact of movement on our psychological and physical well-being, Get Wild Naturally sees the body/mind distinction as unhelpful. Virtually all aspects of how we think and feel are shaped at least in part by the healthy or otherwise functioning of our bodies and how our bodies respond to the challenges they face is in turn shaped by how we think and feel. This unique blend of gentle movement, stories and ideas offers the chance to liberate, renew and regain ourselves.

Why 'Wild' - the resource within us all.

Wildness is the hidden resource we have within us. Born within us all our wildness has been "domesticated" out of us by our parents, school, work and society as a whole. Wildness is not about being aggressive or savage it is about flexibility, inconsistency, spontaneity, change, exploration and renewal. Locked away in hard to access parts of our unconscious and proprioception, regaining it can change our lives.

Bethan Handy

"Bethan began her career in the corporate life but always had a passion for Health and Wellbeing. She made the change into the fitness world 10 years ago training as a Pilates teacher and moved to Greece to teach on the beach and in fitness resorts. On her return to the UK, she qualified first as a Personal Trainer and then as a Vinyasa Flow Yoga instructor.  For 2 years Bethan then ran her own studio within Bristol City centre alongside qualifying in Sports Massage, Yoga Nidra (meditation), pre and post natal yoga and becoming a reiki master. Bethan then made the move from Bristol to South Derbyshire to be closer to family and now works within a physical rehabilitation clinic and has more recently qualified as a clinical hypnotherapist, meaning she can now work with the mind and body as a whole.
