and on Bethan Protheroe's lifelong experiment with the power of breath, movement and mindset 

Imagine in uncertain times being:  more able to change, stronger in whatever you want to do, better able to work with and influence others, more able to bounce back from set backs. The Get Wild Naturally programme firstly provides the roadmap, followed by the tools to navigate it. This is a fabulous step towards a greater sense of wellbeing and  agency as we all deal with this very weird world!
This approach combines the latest science from psychology and neurobiology with ancient wisdom, practical steps and inspirational techniques.

Based in part on Steve's acclaimed book "How to Survive and Thrive in an Impossible World" and Bethan’s search to understand the liberating impact of movement on our psychological and physical well-being, Get Wild Naturally sees the body/mind distinction as unhelpful. Virtually all aspects of how we think and feel are shaped at least in part by the healthy or otherwise functioning of our bodies and how our bodies respond to the challenges they face is in turn shaped by how we think and feel. This unique blend of gentle movement, inspirational stories and brilliant ideas offers the chance to liberate, renew and regain ourselves.

Meet your Get Wild Naturally guides

As you will discover when you meet them, Steve and Bethan have both been on quite the journey themselves. It is these life lessons and by following the road less travelled that they present this programme of growth and change to you.  Bethan began life as a wide eyed idealist and trained as a Solicitor, it was only after following this path for several years then she couldnt ignore this was now the wrong path for her. Steve has been a international leadership consultant, an award-winning psychologist, a professional musician, a writer after starting his life as an ice cream man!
